９１年に渡米、N.Y.を拠点にDJを開始。
同時期に渡米していたBUDDHA BRANDと活動を共にし、N.Y.大箱クラブをDJとして渡り歩き、着実にHIP HOP DJとしてのスキルを磨き上げて行く。
９５年、BUDDHA BRANDの帰国と共に活動拠点を日本に置き、老舗クラブとして知られていたCAVE、TERMINALにてレギュラーDJとして活動し、本場仕込みの段違いスキルで多数の集客を収める。
９７?２００３年７月にはN.Y.時代から活動を共にしているDJ MASTERKEYと渋谷CLUB HARLEMにて伝説のスーパーイベントDADDY'S HOUSEを立ち上げ る。そして、それまでは定着していなかったHIP HOPの現場でのREGGAE（今ではあたりまえだが）を定着させ、現在のシーンを作り上げた第一人者といっても過言では無い！！０１年には盟友 DJ MASTERKEYと共に、レーベル『THE LIFE ENTERTAINMENT』を立ち上げており、DJ MASTERKEYの作品にPRODUCERとして参加し、DJとしてのスタンスだけでなく、サウンドアレンジャーとしてのスキルも内外に見せつけている。
また、数々のSTREET MIX CDも発表しており、あのMASTERPIECE SOUNDとのコラボレーションでREGGAE MIX CD１・３&SWEETSを発表。05年には、REGGAETONをイチ早く取り入れたDJスタイルを確立し、MIX CD「ENTER THE REGGAETON」を発表。そして同年、ユニバーサルミュージック よりレゲトンMIX CD "STREET VIBES Mixed by DJYUKIJIRUSHI"を発表 、07年には邦楽レゲエMIX"RAGGAJIRUSHI"、今年08年には'Summer Love' from RAGGAJIRUSHIをリリース、双方ともにオリコン?インディーズチャート、トップ10入りを果たしており、メジャー/アンダーを自由自在に、常にパイオニアとしてシーンを引っ張っている。また、NY仕込みのマイクパフォーマンスも卓越したDJプレイをさらに盛り上げており、「飲むならテキラ！！」の決めゼリフ等、オーディエンスとDJとの一体感を図る演出も人気を呼んでいる。
またDJ KAORIのRADIO SHOW、TOKYO FMの“715”でのDJも努めている。
